1. High in cholesterol:

Although egg is high in cholesterol but does not affect adversely the blood cholesterol. It is estimated that a single egg contains about 212 mg which is half of the daily recommended intake.

Cholesterol in the diet does not raise cholesterol in the blood. Eating egg help to elevate the level of high-density lipoprotein which is also known as good cholesterol. Their high level will help to reduce heart disorders, stroke and other related issues.

Mostly liver produces every single day a large amount of cholesterol. After increasing your dietary cholesterol levels, then your liver simply produces less cholesterol.
