Green
tea:
All types of tea (black, oolong or green) are
obtained from the same plant camellia Sinensis. The difference exists due to the method of preparation. During the brewing
of these unfermented and unprocessed leaves, the green colour was obtained from where its
name originated. It is considered to be the healthiest beverage. It is rich in
polyphenols (antioxidants), epigallocatechin, minerals etc.
